Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Projects Manager in the automotive industry to strategically manage CAPEX and industrial projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure operational reliability. Specialist in investment prioritization, budgetary control, and alignment with business operational strategy. Leadership in end-to-end integrated project management, standardization of methodologies, continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma), and KPI-driven decision-making (SPI, CPI, OEE, efficiency, and energy consumption). Strong capability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent, manage executive-level stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and industrial regulations. Focus on value delivery, operational reliability, and clear executive communication for senior management.
