Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction **Position:** Automotive Workshop Manager **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Job Description** Grupo CGE Automotriz is seeking qualified personnel to coordinate workshop operations, ensuring service quality, technical team productivity, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise overall workshop operations * Coordinate the technical team and assign work tasks * Ensure the quality of repairs performed * Track service orders, appointments, and estimates * Implement productivity and efficiency strategies * Supervise automotive warranty processes * Promote additional service and parts sales * Provide customer service and issue resolution **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electromechanical, Administration, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry * Knowledge of workshop operations and service processes * Customer-oriented mindset * Strong organizational and follow-up skills **Skills** * Leadership * Effective communication * Negotiation * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer** * Base salary: $14,000 MXN monthly gross \+ bonuses * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Life insurance * Job stability Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
