Leading GEELY sales company We are looking for your talent as: Used Car Manager at GEELY **Requirements:** · Age 30 to 40 · Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles **Education:** · Bachelor's degree: A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Relations or related fields is required. **Skills and Knowledge:** *· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (management or area supervisor roles)* * Proven leadership skills (experience managing staff) * Knowledge of developing sales strategies and analytical thinking. * Effective communication (excellent verbal communication skills to interact clearly, concisely, and persuasively with diverse audiences) * Negotiation (effective negotiation skills to close complex sales and achieve favorable outcomes for the company) * Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly and effectively. * Ability to make strategic decisions * Ability to motivate and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential. * Experience in customer satisfaction, prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional service. * Knowledge of the market in which the company operates, market trends, and competitor strategies. * Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively. * Proficiency in using technological tools for team management, sales tracking, and report generation. **Responsibilities:** o Execute and monitor commercial offerings, as well as design and implement distributor sales strategies. o Manage and coach the specialized sales force. o Increase effectiveness and consistency in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty o Design and execute prospecting and customer visit strategies o Achieve profitability, sales, and customer satisfaction targets set by the brand, as well as periodically grow the customer portfolio o Develop follow-up strategies to apply and improve the sales process o Demonstrate interest and willingness to participate in various training courses, growth and skill development programs, as well as show initiative for self-learning and promote training and development within the sales team.
