Competencies: teamwork, service orientation, innovation, frustration tolerance, dynamism, and flexibility. **What will your responsibilities be?** Design and monitor effective territorial sales and marketing strategies (digital and traditional). Analyze market information to support decision-making. Supervise and audit the operations of all assigned sales points to ensure achievement of sales targets. Ensure compliance with authorized processes and policies to meet objectives. Guarantee brand penetration by making necessary budgetary decisions to ensure profitability and productivity within the designated territory. Supervise/audit compliance with administrative and operational processes according to established policies, ensuring optimal use of resources. Plan and budget annual sales and expense targets.
