Proactive and facilitative leader Grupo Capistrano is seeking our new Self-Service Channel Sales Supervisor ESSENTIAL AND RECENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Completed bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field ***Must reside in Monterrey, as familiarity with the area and surrounding regions is required*** DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THIS EXPERIENCE * Serving self-service stores in the DELI department, local and out-of-town areas. * In-store order negotiation. * Retail system management for various chains (Retail link, promonet, timetracker, telson, etc). * Recruitment and training of in-store promoters. * Administration of work teams comprising at least 30 employees. * Charge note control. * Proactive and facilitative leader. * Availability to work full-time Monday through Saturday.
