The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, training, measuring, and motivating the team, ensuring the achievement of weekly funded loan goals and the smooth operation of the group. This is an ideal position for women with sales experience, team coaching background, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and motivate the team of financial advisors. Recruit new advisors to strengthen the team. Provide brief trainings and constant feedback. Verify documentation and monitor credit applications. Ensure daily completion of activities (posts, follow-ups, prospects). Measure each advisor's performance and report progress. Assist advisors in closing important deals.
