Job Summary: Perform installations promptly and in accordance with standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering high-quality customer service, while managing work orders and reports. Customer communication and follow-up JOB MISSION Carry out, on time and as scheduled, the installations assigned through the Dimme system, complying with established standards and adhering to safety regulations for each installation case, in order to deliver high-quality customer service. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES \* Receive and submit your Dimme device to manage work orders during your workday, thereby electronically tracking your assignments. \* Review assigned work orders via the Dimme system and log in to download your assignments. \* Record the installation process (arrival, working, visited, served) under the “contract” section of the Dimme system to monitor progress. \* Prepare necessary reports for services rendered. \* Submit reports regarding completed activities to the appropriate supervisor. \* Represent the company professionally by wearing the designated uniform and visible identification badge, and by demonstrating courteous and warm behavior toward customers. \* Care for and use, per established guidelines, all materials provided for assigned tasks, and maintain your vehicle in good mechanical and sanitary condition. \* Check tool inventory to verify availability of required tools for assigned tasks. \* Complete the vehicle checklist to verify the condition and operational status of your work vehicle. \* Clarify discrepancies between materials issued by the warehouse and those reported, to prevent issues and losses. \* Follow up on requests from existing customers for additional services, registering the order number in the sales Dimme system and informing the supervisor for authorization. \* Follow up on information requests from potential new customers, communicating current promotions to close the sale. \* Create the order via the sales Dimme system, completing all required fields to serve new customers promptly. \* Deliver to the supervisor, at the end of your workday, the cash collected from sales to new customers.
