Career growth and job stability **KOPAY**, a leading brand in laser hair removal, is looking for a results-oriented, organized, responsible, and leadership-capable individual who can make decisions and ensure the smooth daily operation of our **Galerías Aguascalientes** branch. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily branch operations * Supervise team members, schedules, and task completion * Track sales goals and performance results * Oversee cash reconciliations, inventory, and reporting * Resolve operational incidents and assist customers * Support team onboarding and training * Ensure achievement of commercial goals **Requirements** * Partial or completed bachelor's degree * Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager * Experience managing teams and performing basic administrative operations * Flexible availability for work hours * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting) **We Offer** * Salary: $3,330 net per week * Performance-based bonuses * Training and mentoring * Job stability * Career advancement within the company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $3,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
