Building and maintaining strong customer relationships DESCRIPTION Grupo Calidra is looking for a Sales Representative with at least two years of sales experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the distribution channel and experience using CRM tools for customer management and opportunity tracking. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing effective sales routes to maximize coverage and reach within their assigned territory. We seek a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves promoting and selling our construction materials, ensuring customer satisfaction and attainment of sales targets. The ability to identify new business opportunities and adapt to a dynamic work environment will be highly valued. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum two years of sales experience in the construction sector (construction materials, finishes, or related fields). * Knowledge of the market and contacts within the sector. * Willingness to travel. * Standard vehicle operation capability and valid driver's license. * Negotiation and sales closing skills. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. * Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferably in commercial or engineering fields).
