Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or near graduation). * 1–2 years’ experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, control, and review; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk, vacation pay, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years’ experience in tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker-Employer Contribution reporting.
