Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We Are Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years’ experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk, vacation pay, disability, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years’ experience in tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker–Employer Contribution reporting.
