Job Summary: We are seeking an Innovation and Development Engineer with experience in food labeling and new product development to ensure food safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate specifications for new products and coordinate sensory testing. 2. Handle samples, inventories, and ingredient requisitions. 3. Ensure food safety and quality compliance during product development. We invite you to join our qualified team as: **INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** Education: Food Engineering **Experience:** National food labeling and FDA labeling, preparation of nutritional statements, handling of samples and inventories **Responsibilities:** 1\. Generate specifications for new products. 2\. Record procedures for new product development. 3\. Requisition ingredients and materials; track status of new ingredients with the Procurement Department; deliver samples for laboratory analysis; and report results. 4\. Conduct shelf-life sensory tests, analyze data, and present results. 5\.
