




**Position:** HR Coordination **Position Objective:** Coordinate and execute HR processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, current labor legislation, and the comprehensive development of staff, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Supervise tracking of incidents, vacations, leaves of absence, and attendance. * Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development. * Support performance evaluations and improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Address and follow up on labor-related matters, organizational climate, and labor relations. * Prepare HR department reports and metrics. * Coordinate the accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the relevant department. * Propose and implement HR process improvement initiatives. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Teamwork * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Conflict resolution * Results orientation Position Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
