Real opportunities for growth in design **UX/UI Designer – The Platform** **Location:** Mexico (Mexico City or 100% remote) **Contract Type:** Full-time **Level:** Junior – Mid-level **Department:** Product & Design **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused **UX/UI Designer** to join the team building and evolving **The Platform**. Your mission will be to design intuitive, modern, and easy-to-use digital experiences that make our users fall in love with the product from the very first click. **Main Responsibilities** * Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and final designs. * Design and optimize end-to-end user flows for web and mobile. * Participate in user research and usability testing. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to bring designs into production. * Contribute to maintaining and evolving the platform’s **Design System**. * Ensure accessibility (WCAG), visual consistency, and an excellent experience across all devices. **Requirements** * +2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for digital products (web or apps). * Advanced proficiency in **Figma** (mandatory). * Strong portfolio showcasing complete projects (research → wireframes → prototypes → outcomes). * Knowledge of Design Thinking, usability principles, and responsive design. * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban). * Intermediate English (technical reading and writing). **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with micro-interactions or animations. * Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS). * Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, edtech, or similar platforms. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $20,000–$35,000 MXN monthly gross (based on experience and level). * 100% remote or hybrid work in CDMX. * Statutory benefits + additional benefits (major medical expense insurance, savings fund). * Laptop and work tools (including monitor). * Real opportunities for growth within the design team. * Collaborative, dynamic environment with a strong product focus.
