KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES. *FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS WORK LOCATION: TONALÁ, CENTRO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Maintain documentation records related to product packaging, equipment cleaning, and area cleaning. *Operate packaging machinery. *Dose finished product into the machine hopper, ensuring the machine does not run out of product. *Supply packaging materials to the packaging machine as needed. *Ensure products are packaged with the correct quantity. *Ensure pouches meet ARCASA ALIMENTOS’ established quality standards. *Weigh and record the weight of finished product pouches during the packaging process. *Supervise that the packaging and packing process is carried out according to established procedures. *Monitor the machine counter to ensure each box contains the specified number of pouches. *Perform jaw cleaning on machines at scheduled intervals or as needed to prevent product quality issues.
