They empower themselves to move freely within their space and do what needs to be done—whether processing operational needs; responding to guest requests; completing reports; sharing information about local attractions; or assisting guests with loading/unloading their vehicles and transporting luggage to/from rooms and/or to the designated bell area. The Guest Experience Expert ensures every interaction feels like a positive part of the guest experience.
