Teamwork in a dynamic, high-level environment **Cook – La Barra de Fran & Ultramarinos de Fran** **Location:** Mexico City (Polanco) **Department:** Kitchen **Reports to:** Head Chef **Position Description** We are looking for a **Cook** to join the team at **La Barra de Fran and Ultramarinos de Fran**, Spanish cuisine gastronomic concepts located in Polanco. This position requires prior professional kitchen experience, organization, commitment, and strong teamwork skills, within a dynamic, high-level environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and execution of dishes according to recipes and group standards. * Daily mise en place and support during service. * Compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations. * Proper handling of ingredients, supplies, and kitchen tools. * Assistance in waste control and product rotation. * Coordinated work with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants or hotels. * Knowledge of Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine (preferred). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability within an established gastronomic group. * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth.
