




- Assist in the preparation and design of new menu options based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand. - Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, meeting our quality standards. - Substitute for the executive chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary. - Place supply orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward coworkers and customers. - Proven culinary experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or kitchen assistant. - Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. - Familiarity with industry best practices. - Diploma from a culinary school.
