We are looking for our new **TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL ADVISOR**. Location La Palmira neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) What will you do in this role? You will serve as the liaison between clients and the laboratory, providing service and follow-up on their requests: * Client support (phone, WhatsApp, and email) * Preparation and follow-up of quotations * Registration of new clients * Internal coordination for sample intake and tracking * Scheduling of result deliveries * Handling of incidents, inquiries, or special requests What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry-Biology, Chemistry, or a technical program in chemistry, food science, or related field. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in a laboratory or in customer-facing roles within technical environments. * Knowledge in the field of chemistry. * Interest in developing or focusing your career in commercial activities / customer service.
