Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the safety, hygiene, and quality of raw milk from the udder to storage, in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. HACCP system implementation and monitoring. 2. Quality management and development of Quality Management Systems (QMS). 3. Staff training and continuous improvement at the dairy farm. Responsible for ensuring that raw milk meets safety, hygiene, and physical-chemical quality standards from the cow’s udder through to storage or transportation, in compliance with current regulations. * **Critical Control Point (CCP) Management (HACCP):** Implement and monitor the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to ensure food safety. * **Raw Milk Analysis:** Supervise or conduct laboratory tests (fat, protein, somatic cell count, temperature) prior to unloading or collection. * **Quality Management:** Implement quality policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * **Animal Welfare Monitoring:** Ensure cow conditions positively influence milk quality. * **QMS Development:** Implement the Quality Management System and define quality policies. * **Audits and Control:** Coordinate internal/external audits and conduct technical inspections to ensure compliance. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and correct deviations. * **Staff Training:** Train staff on regulations, procedures, and quality standards. Responsibilities * Identify and record any product (milk) quality issues. * Ensure compliance with legal food safety regulations. * Prepare quality reports and maintain records of performed controls. * Guarantee continuous improvement at the dairy farm. Position Profile * **Education:** Food Engineer, Veterinary Medical Doctor (MVZ), Agroindustrial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. * **Knowledge:** Quality Management Systems (ISO), official food safety standards, dairy cattle management, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and STPS. * **Skills:** Leadership ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and data analysis.
