




Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Technician to work with die components, program and modify CAD/CAM files, operate CNC machines, and ensure quality at Gestamp Aguascalientes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Works with die components and parts using CAD/CAM software 2. Operates and is familiar with all CNC machine tools 3. Studies specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and handles data and information jointly with Engineering and Die-Making personnel to resolve machining issues related to material properties, tolerances, and service requirements. 2. Works with die components and parts using CAD/CAM software. 3. Prepares and modifies CAD/CAM files for die manufacturing. 4. Prepares and sets up parts for CNC machining. 5. May participate in problem-solving teams. 6. Adheres to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies. 7. Understands and follows all GNA die standards requirements. 8. Organizes and maintains CAM data for all current Gestamp Aguascalientes customer tooling. 9. Prioritizes CNC tasks according to internal/external tooling requirements. 10. Knows and operates all CNC machine tools in a machining workshop (Machining Center and Wire Cut). 11. Drives continuous improvement in every activity. 12. Records maintenance activities and progress of maintenance orders in the digital logbook. 13. Inspects and verifies finished parts to ensure compliance with requested requirements (materials, tolerances, surface finish, deburring, absence of marks or impacts). *We are an equal opportunity employer.
