Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** **Objective:** * Help maintain the required quality standards for the AguP product. * Ensure that all products under your responsibility are controlled throughout all production stages, in accordance with Bosch design standards and our customers’ specifications/requirements. * Provide feedback to other departments within AguP. * Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions jointly with other AguP departments. * Manage assigned resources effectively. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Lead internal quality issues and provide full support for customer quality issues. * Ensure proper implementation of engineering/process changes on lines under your responsibility, using Bosch’s change management procedures. * Control Non-Conforming Material areas (identified during process or returned by customers), define appropriate disposition, and ensure correct execution thereof. * Implement corrective actions / Participate in IQIS teams. + Establish and document effective containment activities. + Document applied corrective actions. + Validate/verify that corrective actions are implemented and executed effectively. * Coordinate activities for hourly associates at AguP/QMM2. + Management of Product Audit Area. + Non-Conforming Material Control. + Teardown Analysis. + Process and Product Audits. * Develop inspection instructions for new models based on the FMEA process and Control Plan. * Develop Inspection Test Methods for new devices jointly with AguP/MFE and AguP/QMM6. Ensure compliance with minimum Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) requirements. * Review and approve operation instructions (SWIs) developed by AguP/MFE. * Support special production runs; e.g., PTRs, Run @ Rates, Prototype Builds, as required. * Maintain up-to-date quality documentation for lines/products under your responsibility (e.g., Control Plan, DCS, ITM, etc.). * Develop, review, approve, and effectively implement Quality Alerts. * Systematic development and implementation of improvements derived from organizational strategies. * Ensure proper quality planning during New Product Launches. * Other activities as identified by management. **Requirements** **Position Profile:** * Completed university degree * Advanced English * Years of experience: 4 years
