This is a key position that will have a direct impact on market growth and revenue in Mexico. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in **International Business**, **International Trade and Customs**, **International Logistics**, **International Relations**, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales. * Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing deals with large enterprises. * Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills, with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. * In-depth knowledge of logistics and customs processes. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior-level stakeholders. * Solid organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple agreements and cross-functional projects. * High energy, strategic vision, and ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment. * Preferred: Existing network of contacts within the industry. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage sales: supervise all sales representatives in Mexico, ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of team objectives. * Establish and monitor sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and individual performance metrics, fostering accountability and excellence across the sales organization. * Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth objectives. * Negotiation, prospecting, and deal-closing skills. * Personally lead key negotiations. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. * Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade forums to strengthen brand presence and develop business opportunities. * Report directly to the General Director and participate in strategic sales planning and forecasting.
