We are seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER.** Job Objective: Ensure, plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse and logistics operations, guaranteeing efficient inventory control, proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as optimization of resources and compliance with internal procedures to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * 35 years of age or older. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations, inventory management, goods receipt, storage and dispatch, logistics process planning, personnel management, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise warehouse movements to ensure accurate recording, receipt, and delivery. * Coordinate with department heads regarding personnel management. * Manage and supervise inventory. * Ensure appropriate use of delivery units and optimize resource utilization. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $22,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits: IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), INFONAVIT (National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute), paid vacations, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Additional benefits: Savings fund, personal protective equipment, and free uniforms.
