*Grupo Maquitalia, a company dedicated to the import and sale of textile machinery, is seeking its new Foreign Trade Executive:* * Graduates of International Trade, Logistics degree, or related fields with knowledge in foreign trade, customs law, foreign trade regulations, and logistics (Supply Chain). * At least 1 year of experience in a similar or higher position (including professional internships or social service). * Advanced proficiency in Office or Google Apps. * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace. * Knowledge of customs entries, expense closing, incoterms, quotations, and related documents. *Responsibilities include:* * Planning of imports/exports considering tariff classification, transportation methods, customs clearance, cargo insurance, etc. * Communication with departments related to foreign trade (carriers, customs brokers, tariff classification of goods). * Evaluation of legal and operational files for international purchase and sale transactions. * Execution of operations based on customs regulations and current laws applicable to acquired products. * Preparation of guides. * Quotation and coordination of domestic freight. * Supervise compliance with import regulations for acquired machinery. *We offer:* *Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM* *Net salary* *Punctuality bonus* *Statutory benefits* Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
