Administrative support and operational control **Position Objective** Provide operational and administrative support in managing **foreign trade** activities, ensuring accurate document tracking, coordination with customs agents, and compliance with regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the integration and review of import and export files. * Track customs entries (pedimentos), invoices, COVE, E\-Documents, and other customs documentation. * Coordinate with customs agents and internal departments to ensure correct information flow. * Assist in reviewing data for invoicing and foreign trade complements. * Maintain digital control and archiving of foreign trade operations. * Assist in preparing reports and monitoring operations. * Provide administrative support for emails, internal controls, and information collection for audits or reviews. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in: Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Preferred experience of 1–2 years in: foreign trade or logistics. * Basic knowledge of: customs entries (pedimentos), customs documentation, invoicing, and foreign trade complements. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic/intermediate English (preferred). **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Operational tracking. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. **Plus (preferred)** * Experience working with customs agents. * Familiarity with SAT or VUCEM portals. * Experience using foreign trade systems. **Benefits:** * Competitive **gross monthly salary**, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: Social security, vacation days, vacation bonus, and thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo). * Enhanced benefits: Savings fund and food vouchers. * Paid leave. * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
