(CARMI Logistics) We are a Mexican company founded in Querétaro, Mexico, with 42 years of experience and national and international presence in customs services; therefore, we are looking for top talent like you for the position of **EMPTY CONTAINER EXECUTIVE** **REQUIREMENTS**: Education and/or Experience: TSU or incomplete bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field Minimum 6 months of experience; internships or social service are acceptable **KNOWLEDGE**: Customs Law articles related to customs clearance Annex 22 Port operations Handling of EIRs and detention time cutoffs Request for guarantee refunds **COMPETENCIES**: Attention to detail Availability Compliance with regulations and procedures Reliability Work organization Stress tolerance Service orientation Teamwork **ACTIVITIES**: Zero delays in the processing and management of empty container delivery; ensure records are timely and accurate Ensure that FCL import operations cleared the previous day are reflected in the internal module Request empty container maneuvers and deliver them to transport, client, and executive (via email) on the same day of customs clearance or within the following 24 hours after module entry Coordinate CARMI’s container washing provider with the carrier and record it in the internal system. Likewise, track damages according to procedure Request payments to cover container damage, special washes, or empty container yard charges; recover invoices to forward them to Administration for verification Recover EIRs for all containers within 24 hours after the empty container discharge date; record all events in the empty container module and upload/digitize them in the module **BENEFITS**: CS CARGA FORWARDERS S.A.
