




Position Summary: Coordination and management of foreign trade procedures, with a focus on import and export operations, and communication with customs agents and freight carriers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of import and export procedures. 2. Coordination and communication with customs agents and freight carriers. 3. IMMEX documentation support and audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory). * Familiarity with IMMEX, Annex 30, Annex 24, CIVA, OEA, PROSEC, RVA. **Responsibilities:** * Management of import and export procedures. * Coordination and communication with customs agents, freight carriers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs facilities. * Maritime imports and air exports. * Management of operational documentation including B/L or AWB, packing list, certified invoices, and instructions to agents. * Daily tracking and status monitoring of operations. * Resolution of operational incidents. * IMMEX documentation support and audits. * Review of customs entry forms (pedimentos). * Calculation of taxes related to foreign trade.
