




**Key Responsibilities** · **Answering Inquiries:** Responding promptly to customer questions via phone, email, live chat, providing detailed and accurate information about products or services. · **Resolving Complaints:** Listening to customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and finding effective solutions in a calm and empathetic manner to turn negative experiences into positive ones. · **Processing Transactions:** Handling orders, processing payments, managing returns, exchanges, or account updates with accuracy and efficiency. · **Providing Product/Service Information:** Maintaining in\-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to provide accurate and complete information, explain features, and advise customers on the best options for their needs. · **Providing Proactive Service:** Anticipating customer needs and addressing potential issues before they arise, such as notifying customers about shipping delays or product outages. · **Gathering Feedback:** Collecting and relaying customer feedback to other departments to help improve products, services, and internal processes. · **Documenting Interactions:** Keeping detailed records of all customer communications, issues, and resolutions. · Being able to independently respond to customer inquiries, establish business relationships, secure orders. **Essential Skills and Qualities** 1\. College degree or above in International Trade, Business English, or other related fields; 2\. At least two years of customer service representative or sales experience, with strong ability to negotiate, and maintain relationships with clients; 3\. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling smooth communication with US clients. 4\. Experience in business follow\-up, the ability to withstand strong pressure, and the ability to independently solve problems. 5\. Strong critical thinking and problem\-solving skills are needed to identify the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions. 6\. Must identify with the company's values, be hardworking, dedicated, honest, responsible, and good at communication; possess a broad perspective and strong teamwork skills. 7\.
