




Provide operational support in import processes, ensuring timely tracking of shipments, proper integration of documentation, and compliance with customs requirements to expedite the flow of goods and guarantee efficient operations within the Logistics department. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **We offer:** - Transportation - Weekly payment - Profit-sharing - Statutory benefits - Growth opportunities - Monthly in-kind food allowance - Cafeteria service **Main responsibilities:** * Track international shipments (status, departure and arrival dates). * Request, review, and organize documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping guides, certificates, etc.). * Maintain constant communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers to confirm status. * Notify the Logistics department of any changes, delays, or incidents. * Compile digital and physical import files. * Record shipment data in internal systems or formats. * Enter shipment information for reporting purposes. * Monitor key dates: ETA, ETD, customs release, free time, delays. * Support tracking of permits or regulations when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or International Business. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or international trade roles. * Experience working with customs brokers or import processes. * Basic/Intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in email and shipment tracking platforms. * Up-to-date with the MVE (Mexican Value-Added Tax Electronic Filing System). * Intermediate/Advanced English is desirable.
