**Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all transactions honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash in the secure area and adhere to bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. **Requirements** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Honesty in performing duties.
