Position Mission Lead and ensure the quality management system across all production processes, guaranteeing compliance with international standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations in the automotive industry. Main Responsibilities * Lead the Quality department ensuring satisfaction for customers such as **Nissan, Honda, Mazda, and Infiniti**. * Supervise compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools). * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as responses to customer audits. * Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. * Implement continuous improvement and zero defects strategies. * Develop and lead the quality team to ensure high product and process standards. * Monitor key performance indicators (PPM, scrap, rework, on-time delivery). * Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics departments. Requirements * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership roles within **automotive quality** or auto parts. * Advanced knowledge of **Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D)**. * Experience in quality audits and OEM customer support. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (essential for global customers). * Leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
