Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Manager to supervise, monitor, and improve services hosted on servers, implement modules, and manage software licensing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. 2. Comprehensive management of servers and networks. 3. IT troubleshooting and communication with vendors. It is the only pharmacy and distributor in Mexico specialized in medications and products for infertility treatments: **Systems Manager.** **Responsibilities:** · Supervision, monitoring, and improvement of services hosted on local servers. · Implementation and enhancement of modules in company systems. Physical inventory control of computer equipment. · Management of software licensing and subscriptions. · Management and tracking of team activities. · Communication with executive and management departments. · Monitoring of network infrastructure status. · IT troubleshooting. · Communication with IT vendors. · Website status monitoring. · Resolution of daily operational issues. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). · **Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions.** · Technical English proficiency. **Knowledge/Skills:** · Solid SQL database administration skills. · Linux command-line proficiency. · Networking and structured cabling knowledge. · Active Directory administration. · Windows and Linux server administration. · Technical knowledge of Aspel systems (SAE mandatory; NOI, COI, and Facture optional). · IP telephony management (PBX switchboard, extensions). · CCTV system management. **We Offer:** · **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. · **Monthly gross salary: $28,000.** · Biweekly payments. · 100% nominal salary. · Direct employment contract with the company. · Positive work environment. · **Statutory benefits.** **Work Location:** **Av.
