As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures for our products. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for products * Lead customer communication for Product Quality Issues * Quality assurance for new product launches to achieve int./ext. product quality targets * Follow\-up customer complaint process to increase customer satisfaction * Conduct quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process * Analyze quality data using Statistical Process Control methods to identify trends and areas for improvement * Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and implement corrective actions * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve quality\-related problems and prevent recurrence * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 * Develop and deliver quality\-related training programs for production personnel * Participate in continuous improvement projects * Prepare and present quality performance reports to management **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field * ENGLISH ADVANCED * 5 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing or quality in electronic automotive industry including customer contact * Proficiency in Quality Management Systems * Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, IATF 16949 * Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5xWhy, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...) * Customer Requirements/ Customer portals * Communication/negotiation skills, high initiative, independent style of working, structured \& analytical approach, accountability/ reliability * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies * Six Sigma * Experience with automotive or manufacturing industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949\) * Expertise in root cause analysis and problem\-solving techniques * Competence in using quality assurance software and tools * Excellent analytical and organizational skills * Strong verbal and written communication abilities **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
