We are currently seeking a **Level 1 Technical Support** professional. **Objective:** Provide technical support for hardware and software; maintain identification and resolution of application software errors; and be responsible for equipment replacement, system imaging, and data backup. **Responsibilities:** * L1 Technical Support. * Equipment replacement and data backup. * Software configuration (Office). * PST file backup. * Experience with file recovery tools. * Deployment of predefined system images. **Benefits / Compensation** * Health, services, and education benefit agreements. * Vacation days exceeding legal requirements: 15 days starting from the first year. * Salary of $13,976.40 per month / less taxes. * Vacation bonus exceeding legal requirements by 50%. * All statutory benefits. * Additional income for overtime hours (14 hours per biweekly period) (double pay, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law). * Additional transportation allowance bonus of $1,000. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers.
