Supervision of technical personnel and resource management ### **Required Profile** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. ✔ Minimum of **5 years** of experience in operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems. ✔ Knowledge of: * Pumping systems and hydraulic and sanitary networks * Water treatment plants and chlorination equipment * CONAGUA regulations and confined space safety * Maintenance software (CMMS) or digital dashboards ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic networks, pumps, water tanks, wells, water treatment plants, and pumping systems. * Supervise and monitor technical personnel to ensure safety and quality standards. * Design and implement hydraulic modernization projects focused on energy efficiency and water conservation. * Monitor indicators of consumption, efficiency, and water losses. * Ensure compliance with applicable CONAGUA, STPS, and NOM regulations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage budget, procurement requests, and resources for the hydraulic area. * Supervise specialized contractors and suppliers. * Participate in contingency plans for rain, flooding, or supply failures.
