Compliance with HSE safety standards. ***GENERAL ASSISTANT\- LANDSCAPING*** A leading renewable energy company is seeking a general maintenance assistant. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Weeding: Perform cleaning and removal of weeds and shrubs around solar panels and other designated areas, maintaining a clean and obstruction-free environment. * Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and perform proper maintenance on weeding tools and equipment, such as brush cutters and their accessories. * Safety: Comply with established HSE safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries. * Area Cleaning: Collect and properly dispose of weed waste and other debris generated during cleaning activities. * Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient execution of tasks. * Reporting: Immediately inform supervisors of any issues or damage to equipment or work areas to enable timely correction and avoid delays. * Other Duties: Perform other general facility maintenance tasks as required and directed by the Site Leader. **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school or high school, or technical education (completed or in progress). * Tractor operation skills (preferred) * 1–2 years of experience in gardening * Availability to work flexible hours. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to operate gardening tools (e.g., lawn mower) * Knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, light masonry, and gardening (e.g., brush cutter usage). * Basic proficiency in using manual and electric tools for maintenance. **Offered:** * Minimum monthly gross salary range of $15,000, negotiable. * Statutory benefits * Three-month contract, with possibility of extension. **Location:** ### **Los Cuervos Solar Park, Aguascalientes**
