We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** ----------------------- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring proper use of materials and consumables through advisory support to the physician to guarantee service satisfaction. **Your Background** ------------------- * Attend scheduled procedures, ensuring arrival 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time. * Assist surgeons during joint replacement, revision, removal, sports medicine, spine, and other procedures, ensuring appropriate technique application. * Ensure availability of necessary materials to support the procedure. * Receive and conduct material counts, document material usage, and record related findings. * Perform instrument cleaning upon completion of surgery and ensure proper CEyE (Central Sterile Services Department) processing. * Ensure timely and protocol-compliant return of materials according to company instructions or protocols. * Guarantee accurate logbook registration, ensuring inclusion of labels for used materials and signatures from physicians and corresponding hospital staff. * Accurately record consumables usage per each hospital’s process to ensure correct surgical billing. * Track personal expenses for reimbursement verification. * Support documentation and follow-up of incidents occurring during surgery.
