Verify compliance with organoleptic characteristics upon receipt of raw materials * 4. Prepare chlorinated solutions according to specifications * 5. Prepare and maintain disinfection footbaths at designated locations * 6. Replace chlorinated solutions in disinfection footbaths * 7. Verify that temperatures in refrigeration, freezing, and preservation chambers are within specified parameters * 8. Verify temperatures of the service line, food items, and sample collection * 9. Approve prepared food items as meeting specifications prior to placement on the service line * 10.
