We are currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Labor Relations team at our A1 vehicle plant. This role is key to ensuring the proper application of current labor legislation, handling audits and inspections by authorities such as STPS and CFCyRL, and acting as a mediator in labor and union conflicts. Additionally, it promotes behaviors that enhance the work environment and maintains direct contact with operational supervisors to ensure business continuity. A day in the life of this role * Design strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve the work climate among unionized staff and G7 and G8 employees\. * Implement administrative controls to ensure operational continuity. * Mediate and resolve labor and union conflicts, establishing effective countermeasures. * Prepare reports, sanctions, and labor records in accordance with current regulations. * Ensure compliance with clauses of the collective bargaining agreement. * Coordinate ranking programs and category changes. * Verify that processes meet quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. * Attend to and respond to delegates from the Union Executive Committee. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for absenteeism and turnover. * Promote activities to improve the work environment. * Train personnel on labor topics (RIT induction, labor control, labor ABC). * Apply terms of the employment relationship in its various forms. * Investigate labor reports and prepare administrative records. * Participate in recruitment processes for operators and technicians. * Conduct awareness talks on productivity, quality, and attendance. * Develop and participate in labor projects. * Execute payroll-impacting transactions in systems. * Advise SV and SSV on the use of new platforms or systems. * Design career plans for G7 to G8 personnel (forklift operators). * Manage voluntary resignations of unionized personnel. ✅ Mandatory Requirements * Completed Bachelor's degree * Conversational English (minimum 400 TOEIC score or equivalent) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools * Knowledge of STPS regulations and processes Required Knowledge and Skills * Personnel management * Leadership * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Teamwork * Effective negotiation * Decision making * Union management * Problem solving What you can expect at Nissan: Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental transfers, and innovative learning platforms.
