Our team researches, innovates, and creates solutions that deliver healthier outcomes for our customers. **Purpose and Impact of the Role** ------------------------------------- The Demand Planner will help create demand plans across all levels for a product group with medium planning complexity, including data inputs, statistical forecasting, incorporation of business intelligence, and new/discontinued products. We seek a professional who can handle large datasets and collaborate with others to develop a robust demand plan, enabling effective financial planning and execution across the entire supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Create and maintain the demand plan from statistical forecast through confirmation. * Maintain and keep process documentation up to date. * Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. * Maintain demand forecasting-related data, including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data, and forecasting model parameters. * Participate in Integrated Business Planning, contributing to demand planning metric goals. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. * Other assigned duties #LI-Hybrid - #LI-RC2 **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Minimum of two years of related work experience * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Experience in demand planning – production – forecasting processes * Experience working with commercial teams and generating sales forecasts from those teams * Knowledge of commercial and production processes in the manufacturing area **Preferred** * One year of demand planning experience * Experience working with Power BI * Experience in the food industry
