Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be accountable for: * Preparing technical feasibility studies for real estate construction projects. * Conducting on-site construction progress inspections/supervisions. * Preparing technical opinions regarding land, buildings, and structures. * Presenting feasibility studies to Credit Committees. * Establishing relationships with internal clients, real estate developers, and construction-sector chambers and professional associations. * Monitoring costs and budgets. * Complying with urban development regulations and legal construction requirements. **Requirements:** * **Professional Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect or related degree (degree holder). * **Years of Experience:** 2 years as construction supervisor or similar role (in construction projects). Experience in a construction management role is desirable. **Areas of Expertise:** Construction, cost analysis, budgeting, construction scheduling, and construction progress calculation. Desirable: Investment project evaluation, real estate valuation, real estate market, and financing schemes. * **Required Knowledge:** Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency Intermediate–advanced Excel (formulas, functions, formatting, charts, tables) Analytical and information synthesis skills Time management Information organization and order Strong verbal communication skills Teamwork Good spelling * **Languages:** English desirable * **Willingness to Travel:** Willingness to travel only by road or air. * **Willingness to Relocate:** At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
