Join our team and grow with us! **Objective:** Contribute to achieving the Human Capital department’s goals by supporting recruitment, administration, and coordination of internal activities, ensuring orderly and efficient management. **Academic Background:** Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Must have facultative insurance. Minimum availability of 6 months. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and/or universities. * Assist in integrating, controlling, and digitizing personnel files. * Update and maintain the personnel database on digital platforms, including inventory of existing and missing documentation. * Perform administrative tasks for the department: report preparation, form control, database tracking, and internal recordkeeping. * Support onboarding processes for new personnel, such as institutional email requests, equipment assignment, and uniform distribution. * Participate in the design, logistics, and execution of Human Capital integration activities and/or events. * Support updating compensation schemes for personnel. * Monitor office supply inventory. **Desired Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection process * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Job board management * Design of job postings or advertisements using Canva or similar tools **Skills:** * Communication * Proactivity * Organization * Self-directed learning * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Certification of professional internship completion. * Development of experience in IT-specialized recruitment. * Training in selection tools and methodologies. * Opportunity for full-time employment upon completion of professional internship. **Work Location:** Jardines de San Manuel, Puebla. **Working Hours:** Minimum of 6 hours per day.
