We are looking for a General Accountant to ensure proper accounting and tax administration of the agency. **Job Objective** Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of the agency’s financial and accounting information, guaranteeing compliance with tax, accounting, and administrative obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and supervise general accounting. * Prepare monthly financial statements. * Calculate and file taxes (federal and state). * Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable. * Manage fixed assets and inventories. * Supervise invoicing and tax compliance (CFDI). * Support internal and external audits. * Manage payroll in coordination with HR. * Prepare financial reports for management. * Monitor budgets and cash flow. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Accountant (preferably in automotive or commercial sectors). * Solid knowledge of current tax and accounting regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * High level of organization, responsibility, and confidentiality \* * **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $20,000 * Meal vouchers worth $800 * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for career growth.
