Strong planning and organizational skills Salary: $19,404.60 monthly before taxes Job Description: The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, personnel management, and working under KPIs. Responsibilities include supervising and ensuring achievement of operational objectives, optimizing processes, and maintaining stations in optimal condition. Personnel management experience is mandatory. Main Responsibilities: Fuel system inspection Inspection of dispatchers and corresponding plants Recording staff incidents Scheduling and logistical coordination of staff Requirements: Experience in logistics and personnel management. Experience in operational planning and KPI-focused work. Knowledge of LP gas regulations (not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Leadership and personnel management skills. Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and collaborate effectively in a team. Strong planning and organizational skills. Sense of urgency and results orientation. Leadership attitude, proactivity, responsibility, tolerance, and respect. Additional Requirements: Availability to cover shifts when necessary.
