Position: Operations Coordinator We are looking for a logistics- and trade-passionate, highly organized and proactive individual to lead and optimize our daily operations. This position oversees and improves process efficiency, ensuring contracted services are delivered on time and as agreed. Job Requirements 1. Graduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in shipping and distribution, preferably within the logistics sector. 3. Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and order tracking systems. 4. Analytical skills and ability to efficiently solve problems. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, distribution, and warehousing of goods. 2. Supervise and lead a team of collaborators to ensure efficiency and quality in process execution. 3. Monitor and control shipments, ensuring timely delivery and optimal condition upon arrival. 4. Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. 6.
