**About the Company** If you want to join the Mexican company with over 40 years of experience dedicated to manufacturing ***Industrial Racks***, with presence across Latin America. **This opportunity is for you!** **About the Opportunity** We are seeking our next **Assembly Operator/Welder**, who will be responsible for supporting welding applications for assemblies according to the operational needs of the department. **How will you achieve this?** Key responsibilities include: * Using welding equipment (MIG / micro\-wire) to assemble metal parts. * Conducting quality inspections of finished products. * Assisting in maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * **Reside in Jalisco and have no issues commuting to the workplace location.** * Minimum Education: **Completed secondary school (verifiable)** * Experience: **Minimum 1 year** in **micro\-wire welding activities.** * You can interpret technical drawings (*a plus)* * You possess all required documentation: **Birth Certificate, Official ID (INE), Proof of Address (not older than 3 months), CURP, RFC, Academic Certificate, Social Security Number, AFORE account (if applicable), INFONAVIT payroll deduction slip (if applicable).** **You are the person we are looking for if...** * You have previously performed welding tasks. * You have no issue rotating shifts (2 available) every 15 days. **What the company offers you** * **Monthly gross salary:** commensurate with knowledge and experience. * Monthly bonus: for punctuality and attendance. * **Pay Period:** Weekly. * **Employment Type:** Direct hire by the company. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. \| and 2:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. * **Location “El Salto \- Jalisco”:** Guadalajara–El Castillo Highway, Km 11, Lot 4, Block 3, El Salto Industrial Park, C.P. 45680, El Salto, Jalisco. **Statutory Benefits and Additional Perks** * IMSS coverage and 100% contribution. * 12 vacation days starting from the 1st year. * 25% vacation bonus. * 15-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers: $1,200\. * Savings fund: 8%. * Subsidized cafeteria: $22 per day. * Free transportation. * Work modality: On-site. * Job stability. **If you want to become a key player in the company transforming Mexico and the world, this position is for you.
