




**Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate and oversee daily purchasing operations to meet production and service needs. * Follow and maintain established purchasing procedures, suggesting improvements when necessary. * Control and monitor the purchasing budget within assigned limits. * Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with national and international suppliers. * Maintain the supplier database and purchase records. * Monitor supplier performance and propose actions for cost reduction and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement standards. **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in a leadership role within the purchasing area. * Advanced English level (spoken and written). * Experience in supplier evaluation and negotiations. * Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Basic knowledge of **Annex 24**, IMMEX program, Customs procedures, and INCOTERMS (desirable). **Key Skills:*** Negotiation * Strategic planning * Leadership and decision\-making * Conflict resolution * Effective communication
