Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate operations, manage procurement, administer carpentry projects, and supervise personnel, ensuring quality and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. General coordination of personnel and subcontractors. 2. Supervision of manufacturing and installation, with focus on quality and logistics. 3. Management of carpentry projects from site measurement to delivery. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.- Procurement/Payments -Purchasing of materials and payment for certain services. -Payroll payments. 2.- Administration. -Printing, completing, and data entry of furniture/work delivery forms. -Preparation and data entry of payroll (to be emailed upon completion). -Constant communication with the administration department (determining expense allocation). -Incident reporting (accidents, machinery, errors). -Budgeting for carpentry projects. 3.- Operations/Logistics. -Architectural surveys (taking measurements, photos, and noting client requirements). -Digitization of surveys in AutoCAD. -Scheduling of routes/installations/delivery timelines. -Delivery of information to carpenters (drawings and specifications). -Supervision of manufacturing and installation (quality, timelines, logistics). -Monitoring of productivity/timelines/work regulations. -General coordination of in-house personnel and subcontractors. -Active customer follow-up (deliveries, visits, notifications, coordination with installers and subcontractors). -Photographic progress reports for clients (carpentry relative to design). -Customer, supplier, subcontractor, and collaborator interaction. -Shipment management and stock updates (e-commerce). 4.- Requirements: -AutoCAD (basic level, 40%). -Ability to conduct simple architectural surveys. -Basic administrative knowledge and unit pricing. -Basic knowledge of carpentry materials. -Experience in personnel coordination. -Vehicle operation (valid driver's license). 5. Essential Skills: -Strong interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate professional/commercial relationships. -Capacity to earn respect from construction site or workshop personnel. -Friendly demeanor and charisma when interacting with customers, workers, and suppliers. -Activity planning focused on practicality, productivity, safety, cost and time optimization—avoiding at all costs cost overruns, idle time, accidents, losses, imprudence, reputational damage, etc. -Experience in carpentry workshop processes. 6.- Working Hours: -Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM MAZIKO CARPENTRY WORKSHOP ACTIVITIES: -Manufacturing based on design (kitchens, closets, ceilings, flooring, general furniture). -E-commerce sales (wood waste products). -Maintenance, repairs, and restoration of carpentry items.
