The **Union Manager** will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with unions and local representatives for the **authorization, coordination, and monitoring of personnel entering oil well operations**, ensuring effective communication among the company, the union, and the communities where operations are conducted. The position requires **strong verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and direct interaction with operational staff and local union representatives**, as well as the capacity to handle sensitive field situations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and maintain direct communication with unions and local representatives regarding personnel assignment to oil wells. * Manage necessary agreements and authorizations for personnel entry and presence in the field. * Address and follow up on requests, grievances, or conflicts related to unionized personnel. * Coordinate with Operations and senior management to ensure compliance with union agreements. * Participate in meetings with unions. * Prepare minutes, reports, and agreements resulting from union meetings. * Verify compliance with labor conditions. * Support prevention and resolution of labor conflicts in the field. * Safeguard and track union and labor documentation. **Requirements:** * Experience in **union management within the oil industry** or similar sectors. * Strong verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities. * Ability to interact with operational staff, union leaders, and community representatives. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Stress tolerance and ability to manage conflict situations. * Willingness to travel to **operational areas and oil wells**. * Firm, responsible attitude with a high degree of confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
